Carrier doors · T-Mobile
Search your denial and the internet answers with Asurion pages — because most carrier insurance is Asurion. Yours isn't: T-Mobile's Protection 360 is administered by Assurant, and half the advice written for the other company misfires on yours. This page is the T-Mobile sheet, with its figures labeled the way this site labels everything: the playbook is the same family, the administrator is different, and some of Assurant's numbers are simply not published — where they aren't, we say so.
| Rule | Protection 360 (Assurant) | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ~$7–$26/mo by device (commonly $18) | Secondary sources |
| Damage fee — flagships | ~$99 | Secondary (Tekzoid; Techlicious, Feb 2026) |
| Loss/theft fee — flagships | ~$249 | Secondary (Tekzoid; Techlicious, Feb 2026) |
| Claim limits | Damage & mechanical: unlimited · Loss/theft: 5 per rolling 12 months | Assurant FAQ |
| Replacements | Typically certified pre-owned | Secondary sources |
| Filing window | Your Protection 360 documents control | Not verified — not invented here |
Assurant publishes less than Asurion does. Its per-device deductible schedule is not posted the way AT&T's tiers are, which is why the figures above carry secondary flags: they come from comparison reporting (Tekzoid; Techlicious, Feb 2026), not from an official schedule we could read. Treat them as planning numbers. Your enrolled deductible is in your Protection 360 documents — and holding the administrator to its own documents, rather than to a blog's table, is exactly the discipline this whole site teaches.

The pages above are the map. The kit is the paperwork: the trap map, the tables, the decoder, the complaint packs, and the worksheets that keep every number and clock in front of you.
One payment, yours to keep. We never ask for your carrier login — you file everything yourself. See everything inside the kit →
