Content summarizes published plan terms, public complaint records, and consumer-protection routes for general education. Plan terms change and vary by enrollment; your own plan documents control your claim, and nothing on this site overrides them.

Not professional services

We are not a law firm, insurance company, insurance agent, or claims service, and we are not affiliated with Asurion LLC, Assurant Inc., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Continental Casualty Company (CNA). Names and marks are used only to identify the companies and plans a claim involves. We do not file claims, complaints, or appeals on your behalf, and use of this site creates no professional relationship of any kind.

No promised outcome

Escalation routes described here have documented results in public records; results in any individual case depend on its facts and on decisions made by the companies and agencies involved. Nothing on this site or in the kit promises that a claim, complaint, or appeal will succeed.

The kit

The PhoneClaimDecoded Kit is a digital publication delivered as a web page after a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Keep your access link; it is your copy. Kit content is licensed for your personal use in your own claim matters.

Accuracy

Figures are checked against published sources and dated (last checked Oct 20, 2026). Where a figure rests on secondary reporting it is flagged as such; where a figure could not be verified, the site says so rather than printing one.
